NYC Commemorates 18th Anniversary of 9/11 Terror Attacks: Richard Avery Aronow was honored by his brother and son during the remembrance ceremony at Ground Zero on Wednesday. Aronow's son William, who has autism, read the names of the fallen and gave a moving tribute to his father via an iPad. It was reported in 2001 that for Aronow, the joys of life were "simple and basic." They centered around his family and a dream for the future: establishing a school for autistic children like his son.
